Charging operator prices, exchange rates, and technical specifications are compiled from publicly available sources; while reasonable care is taken to ensure accuracy, currency and completeness are not guaranteed.

EVCcost has no commercial partnership, sponsorship, or official affiliation with any of these entities. Brand names, logos, and product names on the site are used solely for identification purposes and are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Data and prices may vary; in particular, charging operator prices, exchange rates, and electricity tariffs may change daily. For exact and most up-to-date information, please consult the relevant operator's official website, mobile app, or customer service.

Data on the site is provided "as is." EVCcost cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from data omissions, calculation errors, price update delays, or temporary site outages. The user is solely responsible for decisions made based on information from this site.

The site may contain external links (operator official sites, map services, video platforms, etc.). EVCcost is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or security practices of these third-party sites.

4. GDPR / KVKK Information

Information notice under the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698 and the EU GDPR. Two distinct legal bases are used for data collection:

A) Legitimate Interest — Independent of Consent (KVKK Art.5/2-f, GDPR Art.6/1-f)

• Submitted with each contact form message: sender IP address, browser/OS info, referrer, and submission time.
• Purpose: spam/abuse prevention, fraud detection, use as legal evidence when necessary.
• Retention: up to 1 year. IP and personal data are automatically masked in backup files.
• This data is kept independently of your cookie preferences — by submitting the form you initiate a contact request; logging is a natural part of that operation.

B) Explicit Consent — Requires Permission (KVKK Art.5/1, GDPR Art.6/1-a)

• Page views, time on page, pages visited, referring site, and external link clicks.
• Purpose: produce anonymous visit statistics, measure content popularity, improve site performance.
• This data is collected only if you have granted "Statistics" permission in the cookie panel. If declined or no choice has been made, no logs are kept.
