How to use the charging map
The charging station map helps find the nearest AC/DC point for daily use and plan stops on longer trips. Different providers may show the same region with different data sources, so checking PlugShare, Open Charge Map and Google Maps together gives a more reliable result.
Map information can change for availability, connector type, operator, power level and user feedback. Before departure, the safest approach is to verify the latest status in the station app or official provider channel.
AC/DC differenceCompare AC points for parking and slower charging, and DC points for short stops and long trips.
Connector matchMatch Type 2, CCS, CHAdeMO or Tesla/NACS connector types with your vehicle.
Route planningFor long trips, evaluate power level, waiting time and alternative stations together.
